We are looking for an experienced, committed and enthusiastic coach for our Women's team for the 2024/25 season. This will build on the strong foundations created over the past few seasons and the excellent pathway for Girls created at Barkers'.
This is a paid position. Remuneration will be agreed depending on experience and hours worked.
Our aim is to implement a culture where players of all abilities are given the chance to develop and play in the senior Women's League. You would be required to take a lead role in continuing to develop girl’s rugby at Barkers, offering a pathway for them to play senior rugby.
You should have relevant experience of coaching, excellent motivational skills and a knowledge of the developmental requirements of players at this level. Please see the Job Description and person specification
