Well done to everyone who took part in the fund-raising match for The Dynamo Project on Friday 24 April at the club.

The Dynamo Project is an independent, not-for-profit, charitable organisation. Based in Coventry, it offers support for individuals who are experiencing difficulties with addiction to alcohol and/or drugs. Last night’s match included some of the current beneficiaries of the charity’s programme, plus many Barkers’ club stalwarts.

🟡🔵Below is what the Dynamo Project posted on their social media 🔵🟡 Well done to everyone involved!

Last night was an incredible experience as The Dynamo Project played against Barkers Butts XV in our charity rugby match at Barkers' Butts Rugby Football Club 😊.
The whole evening was an amazing success, to see that many people there supporting us was unbelievable and I know how much that meant to each and every single one of our residents 💯.
No doubt there will be a few sore bodies this morning, this wasnt an exhibition, it was hard hitting and played in a fantastic spirit, both teams doing themselves proud.
For some of our lads, it was the first time ever playing in a rugby match, something they may have never thought they would ever done. But last night they proved to themselves of what they are capable off ❤️.
A huge thank you to NickBimages for capturing the event with these incredible photos, he does amazing work and these photos will mean a lot to our lads who played.
We also want to thank Kate and Matt and M&T Midlands-Groundworks for our very own kits, they looked amazing when we wore them last night.
And Barkers Butts, your hospitality and what you do for us is incredible, two years in a row now, you have welcomed us and made us feel apart off, you are nore then a rugby club, you are an amazing community ❤️.
Finally, thank you to Loz, who deserves a post all to himself, but for now, just know, all of us love you and we are so grateful for you 😊.
