The Warwickshire society are looking for views about officiating in Coventry and Warwickshire. An anonymous survey has been put together to gain constructive views from across the game looking at referee performance and referee recruitment.
As you will all be aware, there is a shortage of referees across the country and we are looking for ways we as a society can engage with potential new members. There is also an opportunity to put your view across to what referees in the county and doing well and what we can improve.
