The 77th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Barkers Butts RFC is called for Wednesday 3 July 2024 at 8pm. All members of the Club are invited to attend.
Are you interested in playing your part and helping the club to continue to be successful - we need as many committed and enthusiastic volunteers as possible. Take a look at the roles that are on offer and which will be voted for at the AGM.
If you don't wish to stand for one of these roles but you are interested in volunteering in some way, please contact Jo Lawson to discuss opportunities available.
The following Main Club Committee Roles will be voted for at the AGM. All roles will be held for a one-year term. A club member must propose a nomination, with a club member only able to nominate one person for a role, apart from the Officer positions. Nominations need to be made in writing (email accepted) to Jo Lawson, Secretary, by end of Weds 19 June 2024. The application form can be downloaded here
